A Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, Michael Stogner has over two decades of experience serving the needs of corporate executives, high net worth families, private foundations and nonprofit institutions. As of 06/30/2017, clients have entrusted Michael’s group of dedicated professionals with over $2.5 billion of assets and liabilities. In his role, Michael takes a holistic approach of the client’s needs and provides them with access to the vast resources of U.S. Trust in order to help plan and execute a customized strategy. He seeks to provide a boutique service standard tailoring plans to help meet clients' immediate needs as well as helping them build their legacy for future generations.

Prior to joining Bank of America in 1995, Michael was with Coopers and Lybrand where he provided analysis and estate and tax planning for corporate executives and shareholders of closely held businesses. He completed executive programs at the Stanford School of Business and the Wharton School of Business. He holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification and a Certified Investment Management AnalystSM designation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University.

Michael is active in numerous youth-oriented athletic organizations and is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. He is a current board member of the Atlanta Community Food Bank. He has served as past Chairman of the Board and is still a current member of the Fowler YMCA in Gwinnett County. Michael has also served as board member at the Center for Puppetry Arts in Midtown Atlanta.
