Bill is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, in Philadelphia. Bill leads a team of in-house specialists who help design and implement tailored financial strategies for high net
worth families. He works closely with a team of experienced specialists to offer private wealth planning, trust and estate
services, investment management, brokerage, insurance and customized credit solutions.

With more than two decades of experience in institutional investing and private wealth management, Bill oversees a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses investment management, trust and estate planning services, banking and lending, and guidance on philanthropic legacies. Consultative and thorough, he looks to spot and solve problems in order to help clients pursue long-term goals. As the lead relationship manager, Bill channels the extensive capabilities of U.S. Trust to help advance a seamless service experience.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust in 2015, Bill was a wealth advisor for Wells Fargo Private Banking in the Greater Philadelphia region. He also served as a wealth advisor at Millennium Wealth Management & Private Banking. Bill received his Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute™ taught in conjunction with The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill is a director of several area non-profit organizations including The Linda Creed Breast Cancer Foundation, and The Wagner
Free Institute of Science. Bill is actively involved with The Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA), and is a former member of the faculty for the PBA Trust and Wealth Management School at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.
