Thomas Graham is a Vice President and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Tom and his team, which consists of a wealth strategist, trust officers, credit executives, and portfolio managers, have extensive knowledge working with business owners of privately held companies. In addition to offering guidance on succession planning and exit strategies, he helps deliver professional oversight and analysis to support their post-sale wealth management needs. Tom obtained his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation in April of 2020.

Tom joined Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 2016 with 13 years of banking, credit and lending, and financial services experience. Previously, he was a vice president of business banking for Santander Bank. He began his banking career at Wells Fargo as a home mortgage consultant before transitioning as a vice president of its business banking division.

An avid supporter of his local community, Tom is a member of the governing board for NAWBO/Athena PowerLink, for which he has also served on an advisory panel for several women-owned businesses for the past five years. Since 2014, he has been a board member for T.H.A.N.K.S., a non-profit organization which provides financial assistance for extracurricular activities, including sports, art and music to underprivileged children in the Greater Philadelphia area. He earned both his bachelor’s degree in finance and his M.B.A. from Villanova University, where he was also a member of the track and field team.

Tom and his wife live in suburban Philadelphia with their four children. His hobbies include playing golf and hiking and biking with his family.
