Professional Profile

Ray Piacentini is Managing Director and a Market Director – Sales for U.S. Trust,
Bank of America Private Wealth Management. He also is the National Auto Dealer
Initiative Executive for U.S. Trust.

In these roles, Ray is focused on cultivating new business opportunities, related
center of influence strategy across all regions and markets and building
relationships with internal and external partners. Ray and his business partner
Bob Haskins are responsible for a team that provides wealth management,
including investment advisory, banking, credit, estate planning and family wealth

Ray has over forty years of experience in helping clients meet special needs, as well as
those of their business or profession, with special concern and consideration. He
founded Dunne & Piacentini and Piacentini, Hadlock, Harvey & Co., two
professional services firms in Garden City, New York, where he advised and
consulted high-net-worth clients in tax, investment and planning issues for over
fifteen years. He was a member of the board of directors of State Bank of Long
Island for approximately six years, and also served on their Audit, Loan, Personnel
and Compensation and Pension Committees. In 1998, Ray joined Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette as a Vice President; in 2002, he joined Smith Barney as a Senior
Vice President; in 2006, he joined the private bank at The Bank of New York as a
Managing Director; and then in 2007, he joined the private bank at J.P.Morgan as
a Senior Banker and Managing Director before joining U.S. Trust in 2011.

Ray earned an MBA from Lubin School of Business, Pace University and a B.S. in
Accounting from New York Institute of Technology.

Ray and his family live in Long Island, New York.
