Rafiq advises wealthy business owners and entrepreneurs, ultra-affluent C-Suite senior executives, hedge fund managers and private equity partners, as well as non-profit institutions in Greater Houston. Rafiq focuses on providing premium client experience by serving his clients and their families to design and implement customized, comprehensive long-term wealth plans aimed at preservation, growth and transfer of wealth to future generations at the most tax efficient way.

To bring value to value, Rafiq leads a dedicated team of highly credentialed wealth strategist, portfolio manager and trust officer to serve his clients.  Our team of professionals draws on its vast experience to serve clients, their kids and their future generations to follow with investment guidance, concentrated asset management, asset allocation and preservation, trust and estate planning, philanthropy, liability management, as well as comprehensive cash flow management.

An avid supporter of his local community, Rafiq is a zealous volunteer at the Aga Khan Foundation.  The Aga Khan Foundation brings together human, financial and technical resources to address some of the challenges faced by the poorest and most marginalized communities in the world.

Rafiq holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA® Society of Houston.  In addition, Rafiq holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license but does not provide accounting advice in his role with U.S. Trust.  Rafiq has a Bachelor's degree in economics from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto and a Master's degree in real estate from New York University.
