Nan Salley, CAIA®, is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor with Bank of America Private Bank in Los Angeles, California. Nan has been catering to the needs of business owners, corporate executives, their families and foundations throughout Southern California since 2002. Today, Nan and her team currently oversee approximately $5.3 billion in client balances (as of April 2023).

Tailoring her disciplined approach to match her clients’ unique financial priorities, Nan connects them to the extensive resources at Bank of America. To aid her in addressing their often-dynamic situations, she works with a dedicated team of specialists with experience in trust and estate planning services, wealth structuring, sophisticated credit and lending solutions, investment management, and philanthropic guidance.

Having served multiple generations of families, Nan has the knowledge, resources and experience to help clients transfer their wealth, fulfill philanthropic goals, minimize wealth transfer taxes, and handle their trusts and estates with the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity.

Nan began her banking career at Bank of America in 1989. Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank (formerly U.S. Trust) in 1997, she served in various capacities in finance and management for the Bank’s business banking division. Nan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from University of California Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Nan holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) which is sponsored by the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers. 

Nan currently serves on the board of directors for the Long Beach Symphony and has held similar positions for organizations throughout Los Angeles for the past two decades. She and her husband reside in Palos Verdes Estates, California.
