Michael Savage is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Michael’s primary areas of focus are wealth management and estate planning services for executives and high net worth individuals.  Additionally, Michael has extensive experience in investment planning, education planning, equity compensation and charitable giving.  He speaks regularly on various matters of wealth management. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Michael served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP for nearly ten years. Before joining Ernst & Young, Michael practiced law at a regional firm in Denver, Colorado.  

Michael received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law, where he also received a Tax Certificate.  Michael holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and Colorado Bar.

He is a member of the Board of the Georgetown Business Improvement District, the Chair of the Program Committee of the Washington DC Estate Planning Council and a Trustee of the University of Colorado Foundation.
