Michael Krako is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, in St. Louis, Missouri. Mike leads the development and implementation of tailored strategies designed to help families create, sustain, and transfer wealth effectively. He works closely with business owners, senior executives, and multiple generations of families to identify their immediate needs and long term goals, pursuing those priorities with dilligence and precision. 

Mike builds a team of in-house specialists around each client, integrating in-depth guidance in a range of disciplines: investment management, trust and estate planning services, wealth strategy, lending, family office services, and philanthropy.  Thorough and analytical, he looks to help clients distil the information they need to pursue informed decisions about their financial lives. A firm proponent of client education, Michael strives to assist clients in assessing their options and harnessing the wide range of resources at their disposal.  He enjoys developing close relationships that allow him to understand and appreciate each family's distinctive objectives, aspirations, and dynamics so that he can serve as both a strategic resource and trusted advisor.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Mike was a Senior Private Banker at Wells Fargo in St. Louis. Mike began his financial services career in 2003 with Merrill Lynch in the Private Banking and Investment Group. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland.

Mike Serves as the Membership Chair of the Young Professionals Board of Epworth Children & Family Services, and is on the Volunteer & Development Committee of Concordance Academy. Both are non-profit organizations in St. Louis. He and his wife Heather live in Wildwood, Missouri with their five children.
