Marc Broderick is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor in the Mclean, Virginia, office of U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Managment.  Marc works with high and ultra high net worth individuals, families, and institutions to design, develop, and implement customized wealth strategies.  Marc focuses on helping wealth creators, such as entrepreneurs and business owners, navigate critical junctures in their financial lives and enjoys the opportunity to help clients preserve and enjoy their wealth.  Marc recognizes that wealth is not a short-term pursuit as he counsels clients on transferring wealth to future generations, conveying not only capital, but the vision and values that drive success.

Marc joined U.S. Trust in 2013 because he was drawn to the comprehensive capabilities offered.  He points to the team structure within U.S. Trust as a key driver of client value. Together with a team of specialists Marc crafts detailed wealth offerings that respond to a range of goals: investment management, trust and estate planning strategies, liquidity event strategies, credit and lending, family office services and philanthropy.

Marc spent nearly twenty years in the non-profit sector before joining U.S. Trust.  Most recently, he was Vice President for Development and Alumni Affairs at George Mason University.  Marc’s tenure in the non-profit sector has provided him with a keen understanding of the budgetary challenges that institutions face while advancing their mission.  He recognizes the long-term horizon of non-profit institutions and the importance of risk-sensitive investment strategy to overall growth and societal impact.

Marc is a long-term resident of the greater Washington, D.C. area.
