Kathy provides strategic advice to families, foundations and endowments.  Her 25+ years of experience with Bank of America in Commercial Banking and Global Wealth and Investment Management roles allow her to deliver a personalize client experience with the global resources of Bank of America.

Kathy focuses her work on:

Advising business founders and key executives regarding strategies for business growth and transitions; including capital raising, planning for sales and business succession.

Developing customized investment, financing and wealth structuring approaches to enhance cash flow, leverage assets and establish appropriate trust and fiduciary services.

Guiding families through financial planning and philanthropic discussions to implement family goals and long term objectives.

Working with non-profit organizations to manage endowments to support their missions.

She believes that one of the keys to a successful long term relationship is collaboration with client’s business, accounting and legal professionals to simplify the implementation of complex strategies. 

Kathy received her BA in Economics from University of California, Irvine and MBA from University of Southern California. She holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® professional designations and is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.
