Jennifer Winstel has a 28 year career in the financial services industry. She was Managing Director, and Head of US Equity Institutional Sales at RBC Capital Markets in NYC where she served on numerous operating committees steering the organization to success as a top tier investment bank. She was the executive sponsor for R-women at RBC, advancing career growth of women in capital markets. Jennifer is now a Senior Vice President, with U.S. Trust, serving high net worth families with the management of their wealth.  

Jennifer is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and was recognized from the College of Business, with the accomplished alumni award in 2013. She served on the Foundation Board for the University and the Investment Committee. She also participated in the Securities Industry Institute executive program at Wharton. Jennifer was also recognized as a distinguished Business Leader through the Financial Women’s Association of New York City for her support of women business leaders in 2011.  

She currently serves as Chairperson for 2020 Women on Boards for North Carolina the past 4 years, and is committed to corporate board diversity. As part of her work with the organization, Jennifer has a resolution pending in the state house promoting gender diversity on corporate boards in the state of North Carolina. She currently Co-Chairs the Circle of Red Campaign for the American Heart Association, and serves on the executive steering committee for Charlotte Women’s Leadership Forum. She recently served on the board of directors for Autism Charlotte, and is a member of Women’s Impact Fund. Jennifer was named one of Charlotte’s Women in Business Achievement winners in 2018.
