Filomena Soyster is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Filomena advises U. S. Trust client families, private foundations and non-profit institutions. 

Filomena earned her B. A. from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.  She completed Commercial Lending Training at Bankers Trust Company in New York and received a master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). 
 
Filomena is involved in our communities in many ways. She serves on the Malta House of Care Board – a non-profit dedicated to providing free primary health care to the poor and uninsured of Greater Hartford via a mobile medical clinic.  Filomena serves on the Board of Trustees of the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art. She is a Corporator of St. Francis Hospital, a member of the Hartford Estate and Business Planning Council, a member of the Connecticut Women’s Council and a member of the Farmington Garden Club. Filomena served on the Board of Directors of the Hartford Stage Company and as President of the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut.
