Ellen Wolf is a Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust who has four decades of experience in financial services. In her role, she enjoys providing holistic wealth management guidance to clients and their families on the many aspects of their financial lives.  Ellen engages clients to learn what is important to them and helps to keep their best interests in the strategies they adopt. In her approach, Ellen seeks to help families build and preserve their wealth while proactively educating the next generation about the financial matters in their future, often being there to address them when the time comes. She has a particularly strong focus on helping women in transition, including divorcees and women who have recently come into wealth. “An integral part of what I do is to empower women to make decisions for themselves and gain a better understanding of the financial markets”, Ellen says. “I like to build deep relationships with clients and be there for them”.

She joined Bank of America in 1973, working in retail banking. From 1976 to 1983, she was an investment specialist and account manager at the Beverly Hills Main and Warner Center offices. In 1983, Ellen became an associate in the Preferred Banking Group. In 1988 she was appointed Assistant Vice President and financial relationship manager for the Warner Center office. In 1998 Ellen became part of The Private Bank of Bank of America and prior to her present position, Ellen was a Vice President of the Premier Banking group and a Private Client Manager at U.S. Trust.

A graduate of the Cannon Program for Private Banking, Ellen completed the certificate program in Personal Financial Planning from University of California Los Angeles. She also obtained U.S. Trust’s certificate “Leading with Advice”, and completed the Wealth Management program at The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
