Ed Siaje is a Managing Director and the Market Executive representing Bank of America Private Bank in the state of Michigan and Minnesota. Ed leads the team that works with high-net-worth clients, providing integrated advice and guidance on multiple aspects of their financial lives. As the leader of the Michigan and Minnesota team, he directs the efforts of dedicated specialists in key disciplines: investment management, trust and estate planning services, credit and banking, wealth strategies and philanthropy.  Ed ensures his team delivers a personalized approach, sensitive to a client’s goals, concerns, and aspirations. His extensive financial knowledge contributes to his ability to devise thoughtful strategies that capitalize on available resources while advancing long-term priorities. A keen proponent of client education, Ed looks to provide people with the information they need to make sound financial decisions grounded in insight and analysis. Ed's team also provides extensive advice and council to institutional nonprofit endowments, private foundations, and family offices.

Ed joined Bank of America in 2010. Previously, he led the consumer bank as the Area Executive for Michigan, responsible for strategy, service and operations across more than 280 banking centers. Ed began his banking career in 1998. His experience includes tenures as Banking Center Manager, District Manager and Regional Manager with national and regional financial institutions throughout the Midwest. He earned his undergraduate degree and his Master’s degree in International Business and Finance from the University of Michigan. A native of Southeast Michigan, Ed is passionate about contributing to the community. He serves on the board of the United Way of Southeastern Michigan as chairman of the board. Ed has also been active with ACCESS, Southwest Detroit Business Association, and Focus Hope.
