Dyana Pari Holzworth is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in Dallas, Texas. Dyana provides wealth and investment strategies to individuals and families, addressing their unique needs with diligence. She also works with nonprofit organizations including endowment management and board development. She works with in-house specialists who design integrated initiatives in investment management, wealth strategy, trust and estate planning services, banking and lending, and philanthropy.

She provides advice and guidance to individuals, family businesses, private equity & venture capital firms, real estate investors, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Dyana spent four years fundraising for organizations including the University of Minnesota and the American Red Cross. Her career includes tenures with Boston Private Bank where she was Vice President of Investment Management & Trust in San Francisco; AXA Advisors where she served as Divisional Vice President in charge of the nonprofit and public school market in the Bay Area.  Dyana also worked for early stage technology start-ups including Food.com & iVillage.

Dyana holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Dyana is an incoming member of the Tiffany Circle, a national group of women who financially support the humanitarian mission of the American Red Cross.
