Dyan Goodwin is a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Based in Boston, Dyan has over 25 years of combined wealth management, lending and investment advisory experience. She and her team of professionals within U.S. Trust are responsible for building deep and lasting relationships with high net worth families by delivering comprehensive and sophisticated financial and estate planning strategies. These cover a broad range of services including cash management, investments*, strategic lending, philanthropic advisory services and estate planning. Focusing on complex and sophisticated credit services, she and her team offer lending for residential, recreational and investment properties, as well as structured credit to assist clients in acquiring or leveraging their assets including hedge funds, fine art, specialty collections, private aircraft, yachts and investments.

Dyan and her team become members of each client's personal financial team, learning about the unique situations and challenges of each individual and family. This enables them to proactively anticipate and address needs and lessens the time burden that client's may experience when overseeing their financial lives. The careful analysis that precedes their guidance, from customized family office services to foreign exchange transactions, helps them to meet the rigorous expectations of the wealthy families they serve. Highly responsive service is at the forefront of Dyan's team approach, the goal being to make each client's financial life less time consuming and easier to manage. 

Before her career in private wealth management at U.S. Trust, Dyan held positions at Fidelity Investments, Nuveen, and MFS Investment Management. She holds a Bachelors degree in English from New England College and is a member of The Boston Club, Boston Estate Planning Council, and Boston Women in Finance.
