Dennis Bacon is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management within the New York City metropolitan division. Dennis began his career at U.S. Trust in 2013 upon transitioning from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s healthcare investment banking division. Dennis works with clients to help identify their primary goals and wealth management needs, coordinating both local resources and national capabilities to help pursue clients’ goals. Dennis and his team provide guidance on investment management, wealth transfer and residential and commercial credit needs, as well as trust and estate planning services. He can also offer clients access to banking, credit and lending opportunities from Bank of America, N.A. Additionally, Dennis focuses on the areas of generational wealth management, fine art lending and liquidity solutions for family offices and hedge fund professionals.

Dennis has worked in the financial services industry since 2006. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, he served as a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, which provided him with experience and insight into financial markets, personal liquidity events and client relationship management. Previously, he was an Associate with Sagent Advisors, a boutique investment bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions.

Dennis Bacon obtained an M.B.A from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from The George Washington University.
