Dan Connolly is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management.  He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional that leads a local team of U.S. Trust specialists providing guidance and tailored financial strategies in asset management, wealth planning, lending, philanthropy, and business owner advisory to high net worth clients.  Together, they help build personalized financial solutions based upon the client’s risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs and overall investment goals.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust in 2018, Dan was a Senior Vice President in the Wealth Management Division of Comerica Bank.  His insight into the needs of high net worth families and business owners is influenced by earlier advisory roles, working with both personal and business clients.  From 1990-2006, Dan served as primary relationship manager for Silicon Valley Bank and Bank One with portfolios of commercial clients ranging from early stage technology start-ups to large corporate entities. 

Dan is a native Texan, long-time Austin resident and a graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance.  He has served on the Board of Directors of West Austin Youth Association, First Lockhart National Bank and the Star of Texas Rodeo.  He is a recent graduate of Leadership Austin’s Essentials program and has volunteered in various capacities for Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, Thinkery, and Texas Special Olympics.
