Brian Dennis is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, in New York. Brian provides in-depth advice and guidance to senior executives, business owners, and private equity principals, among others, helping them deploy, steward, and transfer their wealth more effectively. Deeply committed to each client, he grounds his work in the unique objectives and circumstances of each person or family, spearheading strategies and tactics that reflect the distinctive character of each relationship.

Brian orchestrates the design and delivery of integrated initiatives in investment management, trust and estate planning services, wealth strategy, customized credit, business succession planning, and philanthropy. He collaborates with a team of in-house specialists, each of whom brings extensive knowledge in a particular area. Together, they help clients navigate critical crossroads in their personal and professional lives, including liquidity events, business expansions, promotions or board appointments, transfer of family businesses, or other significant milestones.

Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Brian spent more than ten years with Wells Fargo Advisors, where he served as a Vice President of Investments and Financial Advisor. Entrepreneurial by nature, Brian previously held senior business development roles at several technology start-ups on the West Coast, providing him with first-hand insights into the key decision points and challenges that executives and entrepreneurs encounter. 

Brian earned his B.A., Cum Laude, from Lafayette College and his J.D. from Hastings Law School in San Francisco.*
