Amanda Solomon is a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. She acts as an advisor to high net worth clients in developing and coordinating customized wealth management strategies ranging from investment management, banking, and cash management to estate planning and customized credit.

Amanda was most recently a Vice President and Ultra High Net Worth Private Banker with Citi Private Bank. Before transitioning to private banking, she served institutional clients as a Vice President at Teneo Capital, a merchant bank based in New York. Prior to this, Amanda was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors and Restructuring Groups of Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2008 through 2011, advising on numerous M&A transactions, 363 sale transactions, dividend recapitalizations, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings. She also advised clients on a broad range of capital markets transactions including equity (private placements and follow-on offerings) and debt offerings (high yield bonds, leveraged loans, rescue financing, and liability management).

Prior to investment banking, Amanda worked as an AVP underwriting financial institutions with AIG Europe from 2001 to 2006, based in London and New York.

Amanda received an MBA with a concentration in finance, strategy, and management from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BSBA in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
